About me
I’m Stephanie, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supporting individuals and couples in person in Tracy and Livermore and by telehealth throughout California. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood—and when the conversation helps you move toward meaningful change.
My style is warm, active, and collaborative. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and help you turn insight into something useful outside the therapy room. You won’t be expected to arrive with everything figured out.
As a marriage and family therapist, I consider the whole picture: your emotions, relationships, family patterns, culture, and the systems surrounding you. Together, we’ll make sense of what is happening and shape the work around who you are—not force you into a formula.
A place to exhale
You may be managing anxiety, grief, conflict, life changes, or years of putting your own needs last. You know something needs to shift. You just aren’t sure how to begin.
Our work can be honest, compassionate, and practical. We’ll slow things down, understand what is keeping you stuck, and build skills that fit your actual life—not an imaginary, perfectly organized one.
How I can help
Warmth matters. So does leaving therapy with something you can use.
Quiet the constant mental noise, understand your triggers, and find steadier ways to respond.
Step out of exhausting patterns, communicate more clearly, and reconnect with your own needs.
Make room for complex emotions while finding your footing through loss, change, and uncertainty.
Understand the cycle beneath recurring conflict, communicate more effectively, and rebuild emotional connection.
Insight is powerful.
Practice makes change possible.
My approach
My approach is integrative and tailored to the person or couple in front of me. Depending on your needs, our work may include practical skills, emotional processing, exploration of relationship patterns, communication work, and evidence-informed interventions from several therapeutic approaches—including CBT, ACT, and DBT. Sessions are collaborative and direct, with space for humor, reflection, and the full complexity of being human.
Workshops + groups
Mind Balance Flow
I offer supportive, skills-based workshops and groups designed to bring practical tools, meaningful support, and real community together. Offerings may explore emotional regulation, boundaries, relationship patterns, mindfulness, and steadier ways to navigate stress.
